This eLearning is designed to enhance your understanding of LGBTQ+ communities and provide you with the tools to foster a more inclusive and respectful workplace. Through this eLearning you’ll gain insights into diverse experiences and learn skills to make meaningful change within your workplace.
The eLearning has 3 interactive modules:
- Introducing the LGBTQ+ Community
- Learn the definition of key terms related to LGBTQ+ communities and explore fundamentals of sexuality and gender.
- Being LGBTQ+ in the Workplace
- Learn about common challenges for LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and gain insights from relevant Australian data.
- Allyship at Work
- Discover practical ways to be an LGBTQ+ ally in the workplace, including a guide to inclusive language
We believe the best way to learn about our community is from community members themselves. Our eLearning courses are developed by LGBTQ+ subject matter experts and include videos of community members sharing their experiences.
